By accessing ebrshop.com or placing orders, you agree to these legally binding Terms.

2. Product Sales

• Items: We sell pool cues & accessories. Product details (price/specs/stock) may change without notice.

• Customization: Engraved/made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Orders: Orders are binding upon payment confirmation. We may cancel orders for stock issues (full refund).
  
  

  3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in USD (tax dose not included unless marked). Shipping costs shown at checkout.

  • Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, wire trasnfer.

  • Int’l Fees: Customers bear all import duties/taxes (estimate via [link to calculator]).
    
    

    4. Shipping & Inspection

    • Delivery times: 3-15 business days (varies by region). Tracking provided.

    • Inspect on Delivery!: Report damage/wrong items within 48 hours via sales@gmail.com.  Keep packaging.
      
      

      5. User Responsibilities

      Do NOT:

      • Submit false reviews/abuse our systems;

      • Scrape data/disrupt services;

      • Resell products commercially without permission.

        • Product Use: Billiard cues are sports equipment. Use safely. We’re not liable for injuries.
